1. About Posteador

Posteador is a web app that lets you write, preview, schedule and publish posts on social networks (currently X and LinkedIn), with optional AI-written drafts. It is operated by dephelion.com ("we", "us").

2. Accepting these terms

By signing in or using Posteador you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it, and for keeping your access secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect an X or LinkedIn account you authorize us to act on it only as you ask: to publish now, to publish at the time you schedule, or to publish posts you reviewed and scheduled with Autopilot, and to read the metrics of your posts.

You must follow the terms and rules of each network. You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings, which revokes our access. A network may refuse, limit or delay a request; a post can fail or be late for reasons outside our control, and we show you the reason when we know it.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the text and images you create or upload. You give us a limited license to store, process and send them to the networks you choose, only to run the service for you.

You are responsible for what you publish. Do not use Posteador for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or spam content, or to break the rules of a social network.

6. AI-generated content

AI drafts can be inaccurate, outdated or similar to other text. Read and edit every draft before it goes out. You are responsible for any post you publish, including one an AI helped write.

To write a draft, the topic, instructions and text you enter are sent to our AI provider.

7. Plans and fees

Posteador has a Free plan and paid plans, each with limits on posts, links, images and AI requests, shown in the app. We may change plans and limits. If a plan has a fee, we show it before you are charged.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, to get around plan limits, to access another user’s data, or to automate access in ways we do not offer.

9. Availability

We work to keep Posteador running and to publish on time, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or an exact publishing time. The service depends on third parties such as Google, X, LinkedIn and our AI provider.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Posteador is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or lost reach, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Posteador at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using Posteador after a change, you accept the new terms.
