What is a post score?

The score rates a post for X on a 0 to 10 scale, using a rubric distilled from X’s public ranking code: what the algorithm rewards, such as replies and shares, and what it penalises.

It is guidance, never a promise, and it never blocks publishing. You see the score, the six areas behind it and up to four tips ranked by impact, then decide what to change.
