1. Who we are

Posteador is operated by dephelion.com, which decides how your personal data is used (the data controller). This policy explains what we collect and why.

2. Data we collect

Account: your name, e-mail address and Google account identifier, from Google sign-in.

Connected accounts: the account id and username at X or LinkedIn, and the access and refresh tokens we need to post for you.

Your content: posts, drafts, images you upload, schedules, your posting queue and AI instructions.

From the networks: metrics for your posts (such as views, likes, replies and reposts) and whether a post was deleted there.

Usage: counts of your actions, posts and AI requests, to apply plan limits.

Technical: server logs with times, request details, error messages and IP address. We do not write your post text or tokens to logs.

3. How we use it

To run Posteador: sign you in, publish and schedule your posts, write AI drafts, show analytics, apply plan limits, keep the service secure and fix problems. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

4. AI processing

When you ask for a draft, the topic, instructions and any text you provide are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate it. That provider handles the data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Who receives data

Google, to sign you in. X and LinkedIn, which receive the posts and images you publish and answer our requests for metrics. OpenAI, for AI drafts. Our hosting and database providers, who store and process data for us. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one that keeps you signed in, a short-lived one used during sign-in, and one that remembers your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this website does not run analytics.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account exists. When you disconnect a network account we revoke its tokens and delete them from our systems. You can delete posts in the app. To delete your account and all of your data, contact us.

8. Security

Each user can only reach their own data, access is over HTTPS, and secrets stay on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU), you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Contact us to use any of these rights.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries. They use the safeguards the law requires for such transfers.

11. Children

Posteador is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version, and we will point out important changes in the app or by e-mail.
