Social media content calendar
See everything you have scheduled and published, across every network, in one month view.
What is a social media content calendar?
A content calendar is a month view of your posts: what went out, what is waiting and which days are empty. It turns posting from a daily chore into a plan you can read at a glance.
Posteador’s calendar shows every network together. Open a day to see its posts, click one to edit it, and spot gaps before your audience does.
How it works
- 1
Open the calendar
Go to Calendar to see the month, with scheduled and published posts on their days.
- 2
Spot the gaps
Empty days stand out. Fill them by adding a post or sending one to the queue.
- 3
Open or move a post
Click a post to read or edit it, or change its date.

Frequently asked questions
Can I see the calendar on the free plan?
The calendar view is part of the free base plan. Setting a date to publish later needs the Calendar and Scheduling module.
Are drafts shown on the calendar?
Drafts without a date are kept in your post list; once a post has a date it appears on its day.
